    These cards are easy to use, only the required information needed is on the card. Easy to carry with you so size is perfect.

    I like the record cards but feel they need to be updated, HIV positive is not required you should treat everyone as though they have it and it needs GPDR agreement on there.

    These are the only record cards I get on with. They were the ones I used after my SMAE training 20 years ago and find they contain all the information needed. The only criticism I have is that there is not enough space for the long lists of medication people often have these days. I'd also like to see a tick box/date issued for 'GDPR Issued' to comply with current data protection laws.
